1. Service Description

Ace AI provides AI-powered social media content creation and publishing services for small businesses. Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate posts, images, and market research, which you review and approve before publication.

2. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
• AI credit add-ons are one-time purchases applied immediately.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused credits.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

3. Content Approval

All AI-generated content is presented to you for approval before publishing. You are responsible for reviewing content for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with applicable laws. Ace AI is not liable for content you approve and publish.

4. Social Media Accounts

By connecting your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, you grant Ace AI permission to publish approved content on your behalf. You may revoke this permission at any time from your account settings or from Facebook/Instagram settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ace AI to create or publish content that is:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent
• Harassing, discriminatory, or hateful
• In violation of Meta's Community Standards or advertising policies
• Infringing on intellectual property rights

6. AI Credits

AI credits are consumed when content is generated. Credits do not expire but are non-refundable. If your credit balance reaches zero, AI generation is paused until credits are added.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at mail@aceaiadvertising.com. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ace AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or social media account issues.
